Strings' latest song Sajni has the perfect feel good vibe

Penned by Anwar Maqsood, Sajni is a promising start to #30YearsOfStrings
18 Mar, 2018

In simple words, Bilal Maqsood and Faisal Kapadia hit it out of the ballpark with their latest song 'Sajni.'

Penned by Anwar Maqsood, the lyrics are sweet and pleasing to listen to, and we'd like to give a shoutout to Yasir Jaswal who has done an impressive job with the music video, giving it a funky and retro vibe.

The video starts with a therapists room where the patient (Faisal Kapadia) goes off into a dream of his singing past and loses himself in the music.

'Sajni' is such a great start to #30YearsOfStrings that we cannot wait for the rest of the album.

The song is absolutely melodious, which is the hallmark of Strings. Strings are the band that has created a deep musical impact on right from the youth of the early 90s to the youth of today. I wish Godspeed and tailwind to all the endeavors of the greatest band of our times.

Major flaw in lyrics " Tu hai meri thandi Chawaan" Chawaan" is Plural so Sajni can be "Chaan" not "Chawaan" looks like Answer Maqsood heard the famous line " Maawaan thandiyaan Chawaan" and used it to Rhyme with "Gun Gaawaan" but as a result ruined whole song.

@Taha why so negative? If you can’t appreciate someone else’s creativity atleast don’t belittle it. Strings produced many hits in their heyday. Mediocre is your comment.
