KARACHI: Zair Riaz scored his third straight half-century as Karachi Grammar School (KGS) moved into the semi-finals of the fifth Bilal Bhaty Inter-school/collegiate T20 cricket tournament with an eight-wicket win over DHA College Blues here the other day.

DHA collapsed for 99 all out in 18 overs while batting first in the opening quarter-final at the Vital Five ground.

Man-of-the-match Zair, who had earlier excelled in the field with two catches and as many run outs, then scored a 30-ball 54 with the aid of eight fours and one six as KGS raced to 100-2 in 9.4 overs.
