GWADAR: Promotion of quality education is the only way to overcome the challenges of development, said Prof Akhtar Baloch, vice-chancellor of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, here on Sunday.

At a seminar organised by the University of Turbat on “Self-management and career counselling”, Dr Baloch said that students of the region were second to none. But, he added, they lacked opportunities.

He said establishment of the Turbat University’s Gwadar campus provided a good opportunity to local people to acquire higher education in this remote area.
