LAHORE: The sale of tickets for the two playoff matches of the third edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) started online on Thursday.

The playoff matches are to be played at the Gaddafi Stadium here on March 20 and 21, while the final will be held in Karachi on March 25.

The lowest-priced ticket has been raised from Rs500 to Rs1,000 while prices of tickets which cost Rs8,000 and Rs 12,000 have been lowered to Rs2,000, Rs4,000 and Rs6,000.

A PCB spokesman said that as the Gaddafi Stadium had become the first venue of the country where seats had been provided in all enclosures, the minimum price of Rs500 had been raised to Rs1,000.

The tickets for the final will go online later. The selling of tickets for the UAE matches has already started.

The PSL will start in Dubai on Feb 22.
