Rasm-i-Qul

PESHAWAR: Rasm-i-Qul of the wife of former vice-chancellor University of Agriculture, Peshawar, Prof Dr Syed Basit Ali Shah will be held today (Tuesday) at 12 noon at her residence H No 14, sector H-3, Phase 2 Hayatabad.

The deceased was mother of senior advocate Syed Haziq Ali Shah, Dr Rozeena Asif, Dr Fareena Basit and Dr Aneela Basit. She was mother-in-law of Dr Syed Asif Ali Shah (Mardan), Dr Faisal Ameen and Shahabuddin Advocate.

The deceased had died here on Sunday and after her funeral prayers at Hayatabad she was laid to rest the same day at her ancestral graveyard in Charsadda.
