KARACHI: Damage survey ordered

KARACHI, Aug 24: Sindh Chief Minister Sardar Ali Mohammad Khan Mahar has directed chief secretary, relief commissioner, Sindh and all officials concerned, specially in district Badin and Thatta, to complete the survey of damage caused by recent heavy floods.

He also directed the officials to ensure supply of relief goods to rain-affected people and send detail reports of supplied relief items.

He ordered the Health and Wildlife department officers to establish medical camps and send teams, so that the outbreak of diseases could be prevented among humans and animals.—PPI
