KARACHI, Aug 24: Talking to newsmen at his office on Sunday, Sindh chief secretary Dr Mutawwakal Qazi, said he had issued instructions to officials for timely completion of ongoing development projects in the city.

He said work on K-3 project would ensure an additional 100 million gallon of water to the city.

The chief secretary said Northern Bypass and Lyari Expressway would improve environmental beauty of the city and reduce its irregular traffic flow.

He said the KWSB had been asked to furnish a map of old lines with the objective to solve the water leakage issue on permanent basis.

He further said a proposal was under consideration for postgraduate classes and a law college in Memon Goth.—PPI
