SINCE the disqualification of prime minister Nawaz Sharif, the PML-N media team, ministers and party officials are insisting on one point — that Mr Sharif’s removal is a blow to the development of Pakistan.

Ministers lament the judiciary, inside powers and the judicial proceedings for halting the progress of the country by giving what they call an ‘unfair decision’.

On the contrary, the process is going on smoothly. Pakistan must build itself as a strong democratic country where institutions are strong. Governments and personalities come and go. The state should be kept running.
