QUETTA: Six policemen escorting the family members of Balochistan’s Home Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti were injured in a traffic accident on Saturday, sources said.
The injured security personnel were immediately moved to a hospital in Dera Ismail Khan.
The sources said the accident happened when Mr Bugti’s family was going from Quetta to Islamabad. The policemen’s vehicle overturned due to speeding.
The injured were identified as Taywab, Waseem, Waqar, Shahbaz Nasir, Majid and Jahanzaib, said the sources.
