Kidnapped girl set free

DERA MURAD JAMALI: Police recovered a young girl, who had been kidnapped by some men last week, from the Pat Feeder area of Sohbatpur district on Wednesday.

Police officials said a team, headed by Inspector Mahfooz Khan Khosa, raided a house on a tip-off in the Beron Pat Feeder area, where the girl was taken from Goth Ghulam Muhammad Kanrani a week ago.

“Police recovered the kidnapped girl and arrested two persons involved in her abduction,” said Sohbatpur DPO Ghulam Hussain Bajoi.

The suspects have been identified as Gul Mir Bugti and Sumar Khan. Further probe is under way.
