KARACHI, Aug 19: Two ships scheduled to load/offload containers and edible oil were allotted berths at QICT and Multipurpose Terminal during the last 24 hours, said a PQA press release on Tuesday.

Four ships, Fort Fleur Depee, Al-Masi, Emblem and Warbah were busy in loading/offloading containers, coal, edible oil and diesel oil.

A cargo volume of 54,130 tons comprising 51,580 tons of import cargo and 2,550 tons of export tonnage was handled.

Sailings were also active as two ships, Isabel Knutsen and Oriental Orchid left the port, while Warbah was due to depart.
