SENATE Chairman Raza Rabbani has floated an idea of a dialogue in the Senate with the military and the judiciary.
This idea is surprising given that the chairman has complained about the absence of ministers, while the prime minister rarely visited parliament.
First, Article 58 2(b) was abolished; now they want the abolition of articles 62 and 63. This means the elected representatives should be in power without any checks and balances on their actions.
I urge the sensible members of the house to refrain from this act.
