AS a former PIA navigator, I have seen many cities of the world. I am sorry to say no city can be compared to Karachi in terms of lack of cleanliness. In every locality you will find filth and garbage.
If you look up, you will see electric, TV and telephone wires hanging.
The authorities concerned should ensure Karachi becomes clean and beautiful again.
