QUETTA: Two personnel of the Frontier Corps (FC) were gunned down on the RCD Highway in the Dalbandin area of Chagai district on Saturday night.

Police officials said that armed men riding a motorbike opened fire on the two FC personnel — Mohammad Kamran and Qamar — when they were standing at a shop on the highway, where they had gone to buy some items.

When FC officials learnt about the attack they rushed to the site and took the two men, who had been injured seriously, to a nearby health facility.
