Restaurants challaned

LAHORE, Aug 8: The City District Government Food Squad has submitted challans against 27 posh restaurants and hotels of the city for using substandard milk, tomato ketchup and vinegar and failure to keep the kitchens clean.

Challans have been submitted against the hotels and restaurants after the samples of foodstuffs taken from there were found substandard after analysis.

Challans have been submitted against almost all the posh restaurants on M M Alam Road and Gulberg and two five star hotels. — Reporter
