The sources said absence of medicines and necessary equipment for past several weeks and some powerful generators being non-functional at the hospital since along would also be probed.

LEVIES TO BE MADE MODEL FORCE: The political administration is making all out efforts to make the Bajaur Levies a model force for the entire tribal belt by providing the personnel with modern trainings and facilities.

This was stated by assistant political agent Anwarul Haq while speaking to personnel during his visit to Levies posts in far-flung areas on Saturday.

He told the personnel that the Levies force was the backbone of local administration in keeping peace and normalcy in the region, adding Levies had always played role in elimination of anti-state elements in the agency.
