KARACHI, Aug 6: A 26-member United Arab Emirates (UAE) junior hockey team on Wednesday was given a warm welcome when they arrived here on short training trip.
Team included 20 players and six officials. Abdul Fahim Director of UAE Hockey Committee is head of the delegation.
During their stay in the city recently formed UAE juniors will play matches against Railway High School, Public School Sir Syed Town, YMCA Colts and against Pakistan Veteran Heroes.
The team members were received by local officials.

Osama Hosny (Manager), Ms Lynne (coach), Safdar Cheema (assistant coach) Jaffer Hussain (coordinator UAE), Usama Atia (Physio) are the officials of the team.
UAE Juniors will take on Railway High School at UBL Sports Complex on Friday at 4.00 p.m and on Saturday play against Public School also at the same venue at the same time.
Tourists will play their third match against Veteran Heroes at Pakistan Steel Town and end their tour with a match against YMCA Colts at Zamzama Hockey Stadium on Monday.—APP
