HYDERABAD: The Sindh University has decided to hold the remaining papers of the ongoing examinations of LLB Part-I, II and III from May 24 to 27, which were cancelled earlier, and announced new schedule after getting assurance from the principals of affiliated law colleges to curb the use of unfair means in exams.
A meeting chaired by university registrar Prof Dr Saleem Chandio at SU campus on Monday took the decision and further said LLB Part-II papers would be held on May 28, Part-I and III papers on May 29 and the remaining papers of Part-II would be held on May 30.
The meeting resolved to eradicate the use of unfair means and the practice of impersonation in exams. SU VC Prof Dr Fateh Mohammad Burfat had adopted a ‘zero tolerance’ policy against cheating in exams, said the registrar.
He said the principals of affiliated colleges had been advised to curb the menace and hold examinations as per university rules, policy and guidelines.
