KARACHI, Aug 1: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company received 15,095 complaints on Friday out of which it rectified 10,716 complaints.
This was stated by a spokesman for the PTCL on Friday. He said the phone utility failed to rectify 4,379 telephone connections.
He added that on Thursday the PTCL had received 24,742 complaints out which 14,631 had been rectified. There are more than 900,000 telephone connections in the city. This financial year, the PTCL plans to issue 108,000 new connections in Karachi.
