I know that Udaari does deal with a huge issue not just related to our country, but Sang-e-Mar Mar was the better drama and much more well directed. But nevertheless both were amazing dramas.

Bushra Ansari's performance was very ordinary especially in view of her poor command over dialect whereas Nauman Ijaz aced in his role.

Udari might have hi-lighted a social issue but as a drama, Sange mar mar was way above it. Dialogues, acting and it's balanced 3 dimensional characters are something that justify to call it a master piece.

Here is my question for the entertainment media. I am not against celebrating talent but when you have kids dying in Thar due to lack of clean drinking water and heat, why not help them by donating the money that was spent on this event? I still remember how famous actors from Pakistan film industry would help collect money in the 70s for those effected by floods. We need that spirit back from the entertainment industry.
