HYDERABAD: The civil judge and judicial magistrate-II on Friday granted pre-arrest bail to Awami National Party (ANP) vice president Aurangzeb Khan, his son and manager for a sum of Rs15,000 each in a case of encroachment upon a piece of government land.

The case registered on the complaint of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation’s director of land, Syed Afaq Rizvi, pertained to alleged occupation of government land and construction of ANP’s district secretariat on it.
