THIS refers to stray dogs in Dhoraji Colony. They are not vaccinated and pose a threat to residents, especially children.
All these dogs continuously bark and howl and there is no peace at night. Although our country is developing economically, common problems like these are not being taken care of.
Municipal authorities should build shelters for them if required.
