GWADAR: Personnel of Airport Security Force (ASF) came under attack on the main airport road here on Friday. However, no official was injured.

Two boys were injured when the personnel opened fire on the fleeing men who had hurled a hand-grenade at their vehicle.

Police said that the unidentified men hurled the grenade at the ASF vehicle near the Coast Guard camp area and fled. The grenade exploded at some distance from the vehicle. The personnel opened fire on the attackers, but they managed to escape.

The two boys who were playing football nearby received bullet injuries. They were taken to the district hospital where doctors said their condition was out of danger.

After the grenade attack, security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation.

TWO BODIES FOUND: The bullet-riddled bodies of two men were found in the Hoshab area of Kech district.

The victims had been kidnapped a few days ago.

Levies officials said that people of the area informed them about the dumping of two bodies.
