LAHORE: Chief Minister Shahbaz reviewed the initiatives regarding use of smart boards (LED screens) for educating students and training teachers on Thursday.

Presiding over a meeting, he said the Punjab government had started this initiative in Danish Schools six years back where the students of south Punjab were being educated through this technology. He directed the officials to set up a committee in this regard that would submit final recommendations within four weeks.

British experts briefed the meeting on procedure of this smart board technology.

Provincial ministers Rana Mashood Ahmed and Syed Raza Ali Gillani, Advisor Dr Umer Saif and others were present meeting.

And as the precedence, this will be done in only Lahore. Perhaps no one has told Shahbaz Sharif that he is not elected Mayor Lahore but CM Punjab.
