KHUZDAR: Two leaders of the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), who were killed in a gun attack in Karachi on Friday, were laid to rest here on Saturday.

Maulana Abdul Baqi and Maulana Mohammad Amin belonged to the Mal Kapar area of Khuzdar district.

The funeral prayer, offered in their native village, was led by party MNA Maulana Qamaruddin and attended by hundreds of people.

Meanwhile, JUI-F secretary general Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Haideri condemned the killings and said the government had failed to protect the lives of people.
