KARACHI: Man kills wife

KARACHI, Dec 7: A husband killed his wife in Gulshan-i-Iqbal on Saturday night.

Police said that one Nazeer throttled his wife Paro, 17, to death, in Zia Colony. The couple had come to Zia Colony from Rahimyar Khan to spend Eid with their in-laws.

Police said that Nazeer had a shop in Karachi, but had later settled in Rahimyar Khan. They said Nazeer gave himself up and confessed killing his wife as “she wanted to marry another man”.
