CHARSADDA: A first year student killed a 9th grader and later committed suicide in Shabqadar tehsil here the other day.
According to police and local people, Abdur Rehman of government degree college, Charsadda, offered Jalal to make friendship with him which the later refused.
Both made arguments and exchanged hot words which infuriated Abdur Rehman, the first year student, and opened fire on Jalal with his pistol when he was going home from school. As a result, he died on the spot. Later, Abdur Rehman shot himself dead.
Batgram police registered an FIR and have started investigation.
