QUETTA, Nov 14: A Balochistan High Court division bench on Thursday asked the provincial government to sort out the problems created in the recruitment of teachers in the education department because of differences between the provincial minister and the district governments.
The bench comprising Justice Amanullah Khan Yasinzai and Justice Ahmed Khan Lashari observed that the government should use the Balochistan Public Service Commission for recruitment in the education department.
It stated that several petitions had been filed in the court challenging the appointments and removal from services due to differences between the minister and the district governments.
The court directed the Balochistan University vice-chancellor to take necessary measures in light of the rules and regulations regarding the demands presented by the Academic Staff Association.
The judges did not appreciate the postponement of the MA/ MSc annual examination.
