SUKKUR, Nov 10: Secretary General of the Muttahida Majlis-i-Amal, chief of Jamiat-i-Ulema-i-Islam and MNA Maulana Fazlur Rehman has condemned the bomb blasts in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) terming it a conspiracy against the Muslim Ummah by anti-Islamic elements.

The Maulana was talking on the telephone from Dera Ismail Khan with JUI leaders Maulana Abdul Qayoom Halejvi and Maulana Abdul Haq Mahar.

According to a press release issued here on Monday, the Maulana said that these bomb blasts were a continuity of Sept 11 and a conspiracy of the Jews.

He said that after the incident of Sept 11, the US had ventured armed attacks first over Afghanistan and then on Iraq to curb the so-called terrorism.

He alleged that in this way the US wanted to implement its new world order, and now Saudi Arabia is its target.

He said that the western media has charged Osama bin Laden with these bomb blasts as they had done before.

He said that the bomb attacks were carried out at a time when Muslims from all over the world were present in Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah, which clearly shows that the attackers have no respect for Muslims.

He said that it is surprising that the bomb blasts took place only after the US had closed its Embassy in Saudi Arabia.
