Applications for adoption

LAHORE, Oct 12: The Services Hospital administration has received 12 applications from issueless couples for adopting an abandoned newborn.

According to the hospital administration, the baby’s mother, Lubna, had been missing.

The hospital chief executive has constituted a seven-member committee headed by the medical superintendent, Dr Muhammad Hasan, to interview the couples and hand over the child to one after completing legal formalities.

The committee has called the applicants for interviews at 10am on Oct 20.

EMERGENCY: The Services Hospital administration has placed emergency trays containing life-saving drugs in all wards.
