Cotton gutted by fire in factory

VEHARI, Nov 7: Cotton in quantity was reduced to ashes when a factory caught fire at Gago area on the Lahore-Burewala Road, about 50 kilometres from here, on Friday.

Reports said the cotton factory, owned by Gago union council Nazim Muhammad Younis, caught fire. A huge quantity of cotton was damaged by fire.

Fire fighters took six hours in extinguishing flames.
