KABUL, Nov 1: The Afghan government Saturday handed over three arrested Pakistani nationals to the country’s mission in Kabul as a gesture of goodwill, officials said.
The three were arrested in southern Afghanistan recently with documents showing “their military related functions,” a foreign ministry statement said.
“As a gesture of goodwill, three Pakistani citizens recently caught by Afghan security forces in Spin Boldak district of Kandahar province were handed over to the Pakistani embassy,” it said.—AFP
