England start BD tour

DHAKA, Oct 12: Opener Marcus Trescothick guided England to 106 for one at the end of the first day of their opening three-day tour match against Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President’s XI on Sunday.

Trescothick was not out on 49 runs, facing 100 balls and hitting five fours and a six. Mark Butcher was not out on 11.
