MMA leader granted bail

QUETTA, Oct 7: The Anti-Terrorism Court No2, Quetta Judge, Mohammad Hashim Kakar granted interim bail to Maulana Abdul Ghani, former provincial chief of Balochistan JUI in a murder case, and told him to submit a surety bond of Rs200,000.

The former MNA from Chaman and a leader of the MMA appeared before the court here on Monday and the judge granted him the bail.

The court had earlier issued arrest warrants for Maulana Ghani and four others nominated in the case for their alleged involvement in the murder of two relatives of former Governor of Kandahar in Chaman a few months ago.
