FAISALABAD, Sept 26: Heavy downpour lashed the city on Friday afternoon adding a feeling of winter to the air.
The rain started at around 1pm and continued for about 45 minutes. However, strong winds blew away the clouds. Low lying areas of the city and roads in downtown were submerged under water. Complaints of power failure and disruption of telephone system were also reported from some parts of the city.—APP
