Must admit, before the match I wanted Aus to win. Midway, I changed my allegiance to India when they were 5 down with Dhoni on the crease and I wanted Dhoni to pull it off with a heroic innings. Its human nature that neutrals always feel aligned with the underdogs :)). But not in the finals. I want the best team to win the trophy and its NZ without a shadow of a doubt

And I don't think the IN team had were over confident, it is the media who make stupid ads like Mauka to increase their viewership to manipulate the public, who clearly are easily manipulated. Divide & conquer policy. End of the day StarTV wins and you fans keep fighting it out. So their strategy worked.

@Prasad I don't think both teams played well. India was completely outclassed by the Australians as were the Pakistanis.
I think the best match so far has been SA vs NZ. Had India been in POOL B it would be difficult for India to make to the semifinals as pool A has comparatively weaker teams including Pakistan.
