Show-cause issued to SHO

GUJRANWALA, Sept 20: The Anti-Terrorism Court No 1, Gujranwala, on Saturday issued show-cause notice to an SHO for not submitting the challan of the Sialkot jail incident accused.

The court ordered that investigation should be completed after arresting Inspector Zulfiqar Ali Virk, who investigating officer, Kasur DPO Ghulam Muhammad Kalyar, said was still at large.

The judge, Syed Iftikhar Husain Shah, adjourned the case till Sept 27.

Meanwhile, the ATC No 2 issued chargesheet to the alleged killers of PPP district president Khalid Humayun.

The judge, Mirza Rafiuddin, summoned evidence till Sept 27, the next date of hearing. — Correspondent
