PESHAWAR, Sept 20: The entry test for admission to public sector medical and engineering colleges will be held at the Qayyum Stadium on Oct 12 and 16, respectively.

This was decided at a meeting of Board of Directors of Education Testing and Evaluation Authority (ETET), which was held here on Friday. The meeting was presided over by NWFP Governor Syed Iftikhar Hussain Shah.

It discussed the possibility of introducing entry tests at all private sector institutions affiliated with the government-run universities. Principal of the Khyber Medical College, Vice-Chancellor of the University of Engineering and Technology, and Chairman of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education and Secretary Education, NWFP, attended the meeting.
