ISLAMABAD, Sept 18: The Central Board of Revenue (CBR) has transferred and posted 10 senior officials of income tax and customs groups.

According to CBR notifications issued on Thursday, Saadat Farooq Ahmad was transferred and posted as commissioner of income tax, zone-B, Lahore; Shahid Hussain Asad, additional director, training and research (DT), Lahore; Anwarul Haq, as chief (customs procedure), CBR; Muhammad Nasir Azhar, chief (export policy, CBR; Ikramullah Ghauri, chief (export policy), CBR; Ahmad Dildar, chief (sales tax), CBR and Iftikhar Qutab, chief (DDS) on return from leave; Dr. Jawwad Uwais Agha as additional collector, collectorate of customs (Appraisement), Customs House, Karachi.

According to another notification, Ch. Javaid Amir, income tax officer, Eastern Region, Lahore was allowed to proceed on premature retirement.
