Breakfast at Dunkin Donuts was on Tuesday's agenda for United States Secretary of State John Kerry, who is in Pakistan for a two-day trip to discuss US-Pak relations.

Chocolate-flavoured donuts — his favourite — were the order of the day for the secretary of state, who was spotted buying breakfast at the Dunkin Donuts’ US Embassy outlet in Islamabad today.

The Secretary of State also tweeted a picture of himself buying donuts with the caption, “A little slice of home here in Islamabad.”

Kerry was in high spirits and shared some light moments with the local staff at the franchise.

He is on a two-day visit to Pakistan and had met with Sartaj Aziz, adviser to Nawaz Shairf on foreign affairs, and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif.
