KARACHI, Sept 9: The Sindh Medical Faculty, Health Department of Sindh, here on Tuesday announced the examination schedule for the dispensers and medical technicians training programmes for the year 2002 -2003.

The examination for the dispensers course will be held on Dec 20, and the examination of candidates undergoing training in X-ray, laboratory and ECG will be conducted on Dec 21.

These examinations will be held at the Dow Medical College, the Liaquat University Hospital Hyderabad, the Para-Medical Institute Jamshoro, the Para Medical Institute Nawabshah and the Chandka Medical College Hospital Larkana.

Candidates have been informed that examinations forms will be available from September 15 and can be submitted till September 30. These could be submitted with late fee till October 10. Admit cards will be issued on December 5.

Candidates belonging to the army and air force are advised to submit their forms with the cover letter of DDMS Log Area, Karachi. Those pertaining to PNS Shifa may submit the forms through ADMS (COMKAR) Pak Navy. Pakistan Coast Guard candidates may dispatch the same via PCG-Karachi and those from the Rangers through the Director General Rangers Karachi.

All these intending candidates are advised to necessarily provide a one year training certificate in relevant disciplines.

Those who passed the examination in previous years have been advised to submit applications at their respective hospitals and institutions and collect certificates from there. No applications will be received at the office of the Sindh Medical Faculty for the issuance of certificates.—APP
