KARACHI: Equipment for hospital

KARACHI, Sept 8: Sindh Chief Minister Sardar Ali Mohammad Khan Mahar on Monday directed his advisor on health to ensure availability of equipment to emergency wards of hospitals in the province.

He specifically mentioned Civil Hospital Karachi, Liaquat University Hospital Hyderabad, Shah Bhitai Hospital Latifabad and Civil Hospital Sukkur and said that provision of facilities and equipment be ensured.

He also directed that work pertaining to upgradation of Civil Hospital Ghotki be also ensure.

The Advisor on Health, Noman Saigol, who called on the Chief Minister presented him a comprehensive report on the health department.

He said that air ambulance service had been announced for the province.—PPI
