DERA ISMAIL KHAN, Dec 20: A young boy, who went to celebrate Eid in the  city, was found dead near Dhapanwali village on Wednesday.

Jamal Khan, son of Shin Gul, of Hameed Colony, had gone to Eid Mela in the city with his friends, Juma Gul and Khan Jan.

On Wednesday, Mr Gul was informed by one of his relatives that Jamal Khan’s body was lying near Dhapanwali.

He brought the body to DHQ Teaching Hospital and nominated Juma Gul and Khan Jan for the murder.

Cantonment police has registered a case under Section 302/34 PPC, but no one had been arrested so far.

Earlier, another boy, Hifzur Rehman was gunned down in Kulachi on the third day of Eid.

Mohammad Aslam, son of Khaliq Dad, allegedly shot him dead by a kalashnikov, when he was playing Kabbadi near Zarni Khel High School.
