ISLAMABAD, Sept 1: Federal Minister for Industries and Production Liaquat Ali Jatoi will be the chief guest at the National Consultative Workshop on “Strategy for WTO” to be held on Wednesday at a local hotel.

The workshop has been jointly organized by SMEDA, Expert Advisory Cell and WTO Watch Group.

The experts and the government officials would make their presentations, discuss and preparedness of the agriculture, textile and engineering sector for WTO regime. The main objective of the seminar is to elicit the opinions of different stakeholders and devise a strategy to cope with it.

Federal Minister for Commerce, Hamayun Akhtar Khan would be the guest of honour in the wrap up session while Liaquat Ali Jatoi will chair it.—APP
