KARACHI: Allotment letters

KARACHI, Aug 31: Allotment letters were handed over to 50 more families, who were being shifted under Lyari Expressway Resettlement Project.

The ceremony was held here at Civic Centre, according to a city government statement issued here on Sunday.

Naib City Nazim Tariq Hasan also handed over cheques of Rs50,000 to the families, who were the residents of Allama Iqbal Colony, Niazi Colony and Lyari Town.

Addressing the ceremony, Mr Hasan said that the government would provide all infrastructure facilities to the settlers at the new designated places. —APP
