KARACHI, July 12: The district population welfare office, Karachi East, on Saturday took out a rally from Malir 15 to Ghazi Town to mark the World Population Day.
The walk was led by advisor to Sindh chief minister for political affairs, Ghulam Rasool Unar. It was attended by NGOs, Nazims, Naib Nazims, councillors, officers of the population welfare department and a large number of citizens.
At Ghazi Town, Ghulam Rasool Unar said the reason for the increasing problems of the country was the rapid population growth.—PPI
