ISLAMABAD: The Senate sub-committee on environment will launch here at the Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services on Monday a media manual for journalists covering environment issues and climate change.

Convener of the Committee Mushahid Hussain Sayed made this announcement while discussing the role of media in promoting the cause of climate change in the country.

Officials of the Islamabad Capital Territory, Capital Development Authority and Ministry of Climate Change will speak on the environmental conditions in the federal capital. Parliamentarians and civil society representatives will also address the ceremony.—APP
