PSF’s team for English Jr Open

KARACHI, June 23: The Pakistan Squash Federation (PSF) was considering to send national junior team to compete in the inaugural edition of the Prince English Junior Open be held in August this year.

PSF secretary Wing Cmdr Sajid Waheed said on Monday that the federation has been concentrating on giving all-out exposure to its junior players which wass the reason why it may decide to include the August event in its list of this year’s international assignments.

The English Junior Open will become the latest addition on the fast-growing international youth squash circuit.

The tournament will take place during Aug 13-15th with matches each day, but finishing in time for the competitors to reach the Crucible in time to watch the PSA world ranking event.—PPI
