Kalam Road to be repaired

MINGORA, June 20: The government has decided to start the reconstruction and repair work on the Khwazakhela-Kalam road on an emergency basis, so that the problems being faced by the tourists can be solved.

Various proposals were given for the completion of the work in the shortest period at a meeting of the officials of different  government departments and public representatives on Friday in Kalam.   The superintending engineer of the works and services department, Swat circle, Sher Ali Khan, who presided over the meeting, asked the officials concerned to spare a bulldozer for emergencies and remain present in the area.
