KARACHI, June 2: The Board of Secondary Education, Karachi, on Monday announced the schedule for submission of forms of SSC supplementary examinations-2003 and SSC Part-I and II annual examination-2004.

According to a BSE notification, forms pertaining to supplementary examination-2003 would be accepted without late fee from August 1 to August 16, while with a late fee of Rs100 and Rs200 forms could be submitted upto August 23 and August 30 respectively. Supplementary exams would commence on October 6, added the notification.

Forms for the SSC Part-I annual examinations would be accepted from August 16 to September 10, while for the Part-II exams, the forms would be received from September 15 to October 10.

MARKS SHEETS: The marks sheets of SSC (Part-II) annual exams of the General group would be ready for collection by schools’ heads or their representatives from June 10 onwards, said a BSE release.

The dates for the delivery of marks sheets, as given by the board are as follows: June 10 - secondary schools located in New Karachi, North Nazimabad, Gulberg and Liaquatabad towns; June 11 - Keamari, SITE, Baldia, Orangi towns; June 12 - Lyari and Saddar towns; June 13 - Jamshed, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Shah Faisal, Landhi and Korangi towns and June 14 - Malir, Bin Qasim and Gadap towns.

The board said that it had already dispatched the marks sheets of private candidates of SSC (Part-II) annual examinations at their residential addresses. It annonuced not to entertain any regular or private candidate in regard to marks sheet.

SCRUTINY: The candidates desirous of scrutiny of their scripts pertaining to SSC (Part-II) General group annual exams are informed by the board that they can apply for the purpose on prescribed forms available at NBP Board Office branch and HBL Rizvia Society branch from June 10 to July 11.
